Guess it's a Kansas BBQ thing, they truly are called Burnt Ends. They are delicious, 1inch chunks cut from the outer layer of brisket. Ask around, they are the bomb! Just discovered them myself at a little BBQ place in Stanley Market in Denver...I will never eat another kind of meat again.
Not impressed. I wouldn't recommend.
They do serve baby back ribs, but you add the sauce to your taste. I've had them plain and they're great and then when I put sauce on them it only enhanced the flavor.
